Das Ki Dhamki

watched #DasKiDhamki : to start with I was never a fan of Vishwak Sen and hated Phalaknana Das to the core for its slow and over realistic portrayal…..but his recent performances have grabbed my attention and was eager to know how this movie would turn out given the fact that he tried full-length commercial movie for the very first time!!!

coming to the content, it's a proper commercial plot with first half focused on setting up the interval block with good entertainment and hit songs….and a twist during interval and followed by another twist in the middle of the second half!!! but the direction and acting of Vishwak Sen is what adds value to the script.

Acting wise Vishwak was at his casual best during the first half and it's the second character which has the potential to showcase his acting power and Man he simply nailed it, though few of the audience may find it bit overboard…..for some reason I felt Nivetha Pethuraj did a lot of overacting, may be due to her characterisation!!! All the other artists were at their usual best…

Special mention of the BGM by Leon James as it elevated the action and suspense scenes 🙏

Overall a Good watch….
