Amitabh and Rishi Kapoor are in that phase of career where they can select the scripts which emotionally move them or challange their acting capabilities without worrying about the so called fans or box office results!!!! and here we go they have worked on a subject which lasts an emotional impact on the audience.
The script doesnt challange the acting capabilities of the 2 legends at any point of time…..but its the content and execution which keeps the audience glued to the screen. common we was the last time we came across the story which is atleast 50% emotional or meaningful as the one where a Father wanting to Join his Son in a Old Age Home!!!! _/\_
given the nature of the story, one could expect the movie to be a Heartwrenching emotional ride…..but what we get is 1 hr 40 mins of geninue laughs with under current emotion and message _/\_
the stiry has mainly 3 chars and these are the kind of stories which creats an intrest in the writer and director the film rather than the star cast…..and its Umesh Shukla the director and Saumya Joshi the writer….kudos 2 both of u for making us believe that superb content with low budget can do wonders
