watched #Petta : Go get RAJINIfied!!! after all the social message oriented slow-paced movies from Pa.Ranjit....Karthik Subbaraj was successful in delivering a much needed commercial potboiler for the Super Star _/\_

as it's a commercial movie, let's not care about logic and story line!!! Karthik was successful in glorifying Rajini's screen presence and style charisma!!! Anirudh's BGM is as usual terrific and sets the perfect canvas for the superstar to unleash his never-ending stylish charisma!!!! Also loved the way director tried to take a dig at RSS and BJP in a subtle manner :P

Though they didn't get much meatier roles.....Vijay Sethupathi and Nawazuddin Siddiqui proved to be icing on the cake with their terrific acting!!! After a long gap was pleasantly surprised to see Simran on the big screen and she is beautiful as usual and the romance between Simran and Rajini was dealt in a very cute manner!!!!

Rajini's first dialogue in the movie is "ayipoyanu anukunaru kadharaaaaaaa........(and there is the Rajini's typical laugh) and looks like it was intentional as though Rajini is facing a low in his career but he is never out of the Race!!!!
