a Semi Rustic Rural Action which could have been an impactful and must watch movie but ends up being an overall Good Movie. Nevertheless a much needed comeback for Manchu Manoj, Nara Rohit and Bellamkonda Srinivas….
STORY : Story is the heart and soul of this movie. The filmmakers waste no time in throwing you straight into the story from the very beginning. The first five minutes might feel suffocating , as much of the stiry is conveyed through narration during the opening titles, but it prepares you for what’s to come. Though the first half reminds us of KANTARA in bits and pieces but the multi dimensional setup of friendship and betrayal is what the major plot of the movie!!! I was so impressed with the story and had high things to mention about Vijay Kanakamedala that it disappointed me a lot when I got to k ow that its a REMAKE 🤐
STORY & DIRECTION by Vijay Kanakamedala, there is nothing much to talk about the story as it’s a remake….Direction was good but should have taken basic care to avoid similarities that could have reminded us of KANTARA not sure why such basic effort was not put into avoid a plot line. Also the other thing which didn’t satisfy me was that there was no closure to the opening conflict established during the titles!!!! A simple scene to provide a closure to the conflict should have done wonders rather than leaving it to the audience assumption that issue might been solved 🤷
After his back 2 back ventures with Allari Naresh for Nandhi and Ugram, Vijay directing the comeback for Nara Rohith, Manchu Manoj & Bellamkonda Srinivas…..I am sure he will the Comeback Director for many other stars who are eager to comeback with a bang 😊🥰
BGM by Sricharan Pakala was Too Good and also the songs are catchy. Cinematography was top notch and the visuals create an impact for sure!!!!
Acting wise its a comeback for Nara Rohith, Nara Rohith has this habit of selecting Niche Subjects where the content does all the talking and he can manage with with typical dialogue delivery style and expressions without putting much efforts 😉 and he did exactly the same in this movie just shouldering his character as Vardha with his subtle expressions and dialogues
Manchu Manoj who is known for his offbeat subjects, characters & acting styles is back doing the same….he has done exceptionally well with the character having grey shades and who is struck in a conflict 🙏 Its a true comeback for him and if he can control
that extra bit of over expressions and dialogue delivery, I am sure he can do wonders in his second innings
Kudos to Bellamkonda Srinivas for trying to pull of a character which is almost equivalent to a character artist in the First half and carries the second half on his shoulders 🙏 and he plays a complicated role which challenge’s his acting capabilities and he put in a lot of hard work 👍 but unfortunately though he gave his best there could be inevitable comparisons with what Rishab Shetty has pulled off in Kantara 😪 and I put the complete blame for this on the Director
Actress Aditi Shankar standout with her performance as Village girl and her dance moves….but her dubbing as village girl should have been take care of as it doesn’t sync in aptly. Thats the only Technical issue i have noticed in this movie
Overall, This is Very Good Movie considering the Team and Budget…..
PS : I don’t understand how the Censor board works? How and Why they gave this movie A is a billion dollar question 🫡
